Rollercoaster Tycoon On Mac? : Steam For Mac
Rollercoaster Tycoon I wrote about how. So being the RCT addict I was, I had to wonder if I would be able to run it on my Macbook. So I tried out a few methods. I looked for my old CD, which I have (Loopy Landscapes for the fucking win) and of course, it didn’t work because my dumb self didn’t get (nor do I have a spare Windows OS on hand). Then I tried torrenting it — very stupid, I wasted five minutes trying to get it to mount. Then I googled and found and followed their instructions.
Basically, you get, purchase a $5.99 digital copy of RCT Deluxe from, install the bottle and voila. I clapped and shouted at my ceiling while my girlfriend gave me the stink eye.
I could see it on her face. “Michael, you’re such a nerd.” No baby, not a nerd. I’m a goddamn hero for what I’ve done for myself. I’m a sucker for simulations, especially construction and management sims. Football Manager series, The Sims, SimTower, SimPark, Theme Hospital, SimCity, you name it, I’ve played it (except the Tropico series, I’m not quite sure if I want to start playing new franchises just yet).

In my newly downloaded version of Rollercoaster Tycoon, I beat Forest Frontiers in about an hour, built all of my rollercoasters from scratch (this is the only way) and suffered one accident (my Wooden Crazy Rodent Roller Coaster’s station brakes failed and killed 4 passengers). At this point, I don’t care about managing my park. I want to breeze through all of the scenarios and then build the biggest, best park I can. I’m having a lot of fun playing it, and I think it calls for some sleepless nights. Some screenshots to persuade you into joining me. Oh, and did you hear about (Atari says release date is unknown)?
Keep your eyes peeled for that.
