I've been using cases like this one for years - through high school and college. It adequately protects my Macbook from scratches and still looks cute.

I have only needed to buy a new case once every 2 years, so I definitely feel like I am getting my money's worth. The seller even included a little mousepad which was a nice surprise. The only thing I dislike is the little foam stands on the bottom because they tend to peel off easily, especially if you slide your laptop on a table often. Other than that, the case is awesome. I've own several of these calm shells from different mfg. This one is better than the ipearl in finish.

I also have a couple of incipio too. This item is nice for the price but does not for as nice.

It does not have enough of the tabs that snap to the lap top to keep the case secure so when grqbiinh your computer to open or close the case bends liknit is going to unsnap I'd like to give 3.5 stars for fit and finish since the matte coating picks up the oils from your hands or greasy fingers and does not clean off. I LOVE THIS CASE!! I had just got a new mac book pro and I was looking for a cool case.

I received it in 2 days and it came packaged very well. This leopard case feels so cool and is durable.

It took a few seconds to get the case on my computer and it has such a nice snug fit! Everyone compliments my case. You can see the apple light up through the hole and it looks awesome at night. It gives the computer such a pretty sleek look. I have had it on my macbook for almost a year now and I still love it as much as when it arrived. Finally, a product that 'fits with good form and function' as depicted.

This is my third cover for my MacBook Air - not an easy product to find a decent cover for! I was looking for something that wouldn't add a ton of weight, would be functional, would 'fit' (close easily), would allow for dissipation of heat, but wouldn't be 'slick and cheap-looking' - and THIS IS IT! It has a nice 'rubberized' finish on the outside, easy to hold (although it DOES pick up fingerprints easily - but they all do), fits very well on the Air, and protects it well, too! It closes fine (stays open a little, but, what do you want, you're putting a cover on it) and it 'looks good', not like some cheap piece of plastic. Good value for the $$$.

Is it great, no. The bottom of the cover is a little flimsy- it's not as secure as other cases I have used in the past. Because the bottom clips on by the mouse pad of my MAC, I can feel the edge of the cover when I am typing- very uncomfortable. Gave it 3 stars because the look is nice and feel of the top cover is nice.

I will most likely go back to my Moshi covers. UPDATE: After a couple weeks of using this, I must say I am getting use to the cover and have received A LOT of compliments on my case. The edges of the cover isn't so bothersome now-it's smoothed out after breaking it in. Super excited to try the gold and marble.
